In the future Arnews will receive more 'editorial' attention.

For those interested in the short answer, reading ARnews in
the future may require more 'reload' commands to your
browser. You might see the need for this situation when
you link to a message that gives you an unexpected topic.

If this happens to you should:

1) Return to the Thread Index and tell your browser to reload
the screen.

2) Take the link you are interested in.

3) If you still find an unrelated message, tell you browser
to reload that screen as well.

Alternatively, you could clear your disk cache of all
Arnews URL's

It is the hope that this inconvenience will be outweighed by
A cleaner and more relevant archive.

Thank you for your patience.

NOTE: You are reading in an archived session of ARnews. It is possible that this topic is still being discussed. To see if this topic is still active, or of there were any more recent posts on this topic, check later archives of ARnews.

If there is no current post, and you would like to add to this topic, link to the Current ARnews Discussion and begin a new thread. Be sure that if you are starting a new post that the thread title does not contain the abbreviation RE: Placing RE: at the beginning of a new post will confuse Hypermail and prevent others from answering your post in the future.

For example, to continue this discussion look for a thread titled

New ARnews reading suggestions- What to do when the Archive seems scrambled

If this thread does not exist in the current archive, you can begin another one by using that title.
