If a party is claiming that an impact had to be minor because their airbag did not deploy, what factors should I be looking at?. This involves a Ford Tauras dipping under the rear of a Ford-F150. There was minor damage to the rear of the truck with about 2300.00 in top damage to the Tauras. The driver of the Tauras is the party claiming that the impact speed was low since the bag did not deploy. Any help appreciated.
