you are of course right-unfortunately it is often difficult to locate someone in the Dallas area who has specific expertise on low speed impacts and as often the case may not justify the expense of bringing someone in from out of the area. The information obtained is not admissible but certainly good for self-education so an effective cross-examination can be done.
