Videos of Low Speed Collisions

NHTSA has a poor supply of low speed collisions (5-25 MPH) that illustrate
occupant movement (dummy or otherwise). What other video options do we have
available? Plenty of research has been done in this area and much has been
documented, however where to obtain video's and from what researchers still
remains elusive.

Lets start a list of sources (and possible sources) of low speed collision
videos with occupants. Please include the name and address as well as the
offering price of the video(s). For the moment lets exclude simulations,
we want the real stuff!
