Accel. Rates in FARM TRACTORS

I am interested in any information on resources for
determining acceleration rates for farm tractors.
Specifically, I am investigating a crash, where a 1965
Ford farm tractor Model SU 4000 pulled into the path
of a vehicle. There are two questions, did the tractor
stop at the posted stop sign and if so could the passenger
car have been stopped in time to avoid the crash. Obviously,
having the acceleration rate would help me tremendously.

Thanks for any advice!
