Re: Side air bags - activation after accident

I have seen video of firemen working on a crash victim whose airbag did not deply.
As they worked the airbag deployed and actually threw one of them out of the vehicle.
I believe the video was out of Dayton, Ohio. Additionally, one of our
Lieutenant's wives was injured by an airbag that deployed as she was
pulling into a driveway with a sharp upgrade. The bag had been recalled,
but the dealership had been too busy to get the car in.
