I worked in the auto industry, R D, and attempted to "invent" a reproducible RO test. Results were never repeatable. Present test used by industry is not repeatable. Thus there is no appropriate method to measure the drag factor od a rolling vehicle (despite the 2 SAE papers) and the best you can do is to establish a range, e.g.; 0.5 to 0.9 g, for the deceleration on a given surface.
