Working up a motorcycle collision ,cycle stikes vehicle on passenger side ,cycle sustains signficant damage. Cycle has cast wheels. can I apply info from the Severy test regarding wheelbase reduction to get an estimate on damage.Also are there any sources to obtain specs on motorcycles on the net or elsewhere I have the vin numbers.
