roadway cross slope and skidding

I'm looking for information that relates the effect roadway cross slope has on the direction of a vehicle while skidding on ice. The relatively level roadway in question has a little more than a 3% cross slope. If a vehicle traveling at 30 mph southbound began skidding what would its translation be westward? How can it be calculated.

If a southbound vehicle was going straight prior to braking, could it have skidded eastward over the top of the roadway crown?

Any thoughts and insight are greatly appreciated.
