statistics on children that have died as results of seatbelts

in 91 my child died as a result of injury for her seatbelt. I later hear
that the pediatrics association said that most children that die in car
accidents die as a result of the seatbelt. I would like any statistics
available to back this up. If you can directly e-mail it to me I would be
grateful, for i do not go on the web that often. Thank You.
