Lower and more accurate? How do you know it is more acurate?

Actually they are probably both correct for what they are measureing.

Did you ever notice that the average g value does not work in the
(30df)**0.5 formula?

Guess why.

g is speed dependent.

g is higher at the lower speeds. and the vc2000 with a short explanition
of applied calculus explains why the police drag sled does not work.

If you use the vc2000 you should be ready to explain to the jury why
the value does not work in the equation. if you use it and a drag sled
you should be ready to explain why you are using a drag sled that your
machine proves is providing a higher than actual drag number. On other
threads officers have said that their drag sleds work. Your machine
proves that they do not.

Anyone that does not understand this should be skidding a car from
a similar speed and staying away from drag sleds and vc2000.

You are on the right path. plot a coouple of speed v time graphs.
think about it. the area under the line is the distance. g is not constant
good luck
john.
