Seatbelts not workin in Corovetts.

I'm looking for any records of corovetts models years are from 1987-1992
I investigated a traffic accident while in Germany where the subject died as a result
of his injuries at a hospital two weeks after the accident. The subjects wife
claims he was wearing it but the evidence I obtained proved other wise. The
law suit is pending before a State Supreme Court. Any help would be grateful.
