I don't know about the faked left syndrome, but I have worked several head-on
accidents and when there are no witnesses or all occupants are killed, you have
do measurement before and after impact to determine vehicle approach and departure.
I also look up the roadways in both directions to see if any or both vehicles ran
off roadways. Try something, this sometimes causes accident. When you are driving,
look to the left or right and see witch way your car goes. Some person also
steer with the movements of there heads. I don't know of any studies or reseach,
I seen this happen.
