i am in the process of doing research regarding g forces on belted
occupants. i know i can use f=S^2/30d to estimate the vehicle g force.
is there a similar equation i can employ to assess occupant g force?
what variables must i consider and/or measure? must i consider chest and
head accelerations seperately or is there a general assumption covering
these collectively? can the vehicle g be related to the belted and
unbelted occupant g forces? thanks.
