Anyone have experience with a device used by engineers for testing
and evaluating pavement friction and braking friction known
as a Pendulum Tester or a British Pendulum Tester. The expert for the
defence is arguing his drag factor numbers based on pendulum results.

I am interested to know how it would rate when compared with
the vericoms and chalk guns we use, and if there is any literature
existing where these devices are rated or compared against each other.
