Can you be more specific? There are some formulae in Rudy Limpert's book dealing with evasive action. You can set them up in a spread sheet without too much trouble and simply input your field data and view the results. I am not sure what you are looking for, some characteristic of a tire mark that shows abrupt steering changes (that should be fairly evident) or a method of determining speed form marks.
