I am involved in a homicide case in which the coef. of friction of the medium grass along an interstate highway was measured using a drag sled to be 0.75 in an afternoon of a dry day. The crash occurred the previous midnight. I have one table from a 1992 issue of Accident Reconstruction Journal which states grass is between 0.3 to 0.5 for dry and 0.2 to 0.4 for wet. I need other printed references. If you have any please inform me of their location or if possible send them along. thank you.
