If you send me the accident date and location (by private email) I would be happy to calculate an alternate date and time for you when the sun will be in essentially the same position as it was at the time of the accident.

Although you will be able to photograph the scene in this way, you will not be guaranteed that the photos will show "the scene in the same light conditions". The light conditions may be very close, however, on account of other atmospheric factors, they won't necessarily be the same.
