A vehicle with two occupants was involved in a single vehicle crash with no witnesses. one was killed. there is a need to establish who was driving. I know there are certain tail-tell evidences that can be gathered such as bruises to occupants, hair or clothing snags within vehicle, indentations within vehicle etc. Does anyone know of technical literature describing a protocol to gather facts to establish the identity of the driver?
