I never used the older versions of Autosketch so that probably helped me in using this program. When I draw lines I simply make a line and then highlight it. At the top of the screen you can edit the coordinates for the line such as starting and ending point, line length, and angle. I find this the easiest way to draw. Just keep at it and force yourself to use it. It will get easier
