Calculating Pedestrian Center of Mass

Does anyone know of a procedure or formula for calculating a pedestrian's center of mass from their height? I've been taught that the center of mass is generally the third sacral vertibrae. I am investigating a ped punt involving an elderly woman however I wasn't able to attend the autopsy. I learned from the pathologist that she was 65 inches in height. A colleague of mine told me that Jerry Eubanks had such a procedure. Anyone know it?
