As you already are aware the bulldozer is a caterpillar D8R, may i suggest that you record the serial number of the unit first. Then, contact your nearest Caterpillar dealership 'parts' department. With the serial number they should be able to give you the information on the seat belt specifics that particular unit was manufactured and equipped with.
They may also be able to put in touch with the engineers who manufactured that dozer and from there you may be able to obtain more answers, i.e., regarding roll threshold, etc.
This process works for commercial vehicles as to the specifics of any unit and hope it will be of use to you.
