I have observed marks left by Ford and Chevy products. The scenario you discuss I would expect to find marks along the outboard edge of the tires from the outer tires of the curve (due to the weight shift) The striations discussed in the previous post should be acute in angle as the braking does not completely release. The signatures I have personnally observed were predominately shadow, with intermittent marks left by front and rear tires. The markings showed better on film than to the naked eye. If photos or video were taken in the direction of the skid, they may be helpful in your investigation. Gary Preston
