For all those Reconstructionists who are interested, there is a 'new' email list at the following address:

This list will be 'policed' so that it doesn't degenerate into another 'INCR'. In other words, if you post 'off topic' messages, you will be moderated and eventually banned. If you want to be involved in discussions with other accident investigators, without downloading all the 'dross', give it a try.
