There's millions of people in LA alone, I don't think many statisticians would agree that 400 tests with a lesser number of individuals being tested, all "volunteers" would necessarily fall under the category of "extensively tested". There also seems to be quite a bit of scatter of the low speed Impulse times from my reading of the reports.

And "know every line of code"? Does any one person every line of code for the software they run? I hope nobody ever asks me for every line of code for MSoft Word or AutoCAD or MathCAD.

However, I think we agree in the end. These injuriy mechanisms at low speeds are often far more complex, and often more difficult to prove or disprove, then some may admit.

Just my thoughts.
