I used to consult with Norm, who has retired. The business was bought by Sam Salloum, one of the engineers. I don't know if they still sell the kits but they do sell templates. They are still located at 3433 Cerritos Avenue, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Tel: 562 493-2431. I think they still advertise in some of the major police magazines.
