The friction coefficent on wet road depends on: tyre condition (depth of tread relief), velocity and thickness of water film on road surface. It is smaller when the velocity is higher, tyres are more used up and water film thicker.
I usually use the coefficent of 0,4-0,5 (on asphalt while the vehicle is intensively braked - with blocked wheels).
