The fluid regulator disks and valving is attached to the piston rod of a dirt bike shock adsorber by tightening a nut onto the rod and then peening the end of the rod over to hold the nut in place. If the shock needs repaired or adjusted the peened part is ground off. I understand that the shock is adjusted and the nut is put back on usually using an adhesive such a loc-tight to hold it in place. I need a manual or printed sheetg that describes this repair process. This is a 1992 125 Susuki Bike but Susuki has or will not provide me any information on repair of shocks. My accident involves a shop that didnt use the loc-tight. the nut came off and then the next shock compression resulted in the driver being propelled big time from the bike. this is not against a Susuki shop. thank you
