You need to duplicate the circumstances ... everyone of them.
This list is not all inclusive:
substitute driver with same hearing profile as driver
duplicate vehicle
duplicate vehicle with same circumstances ie. windows up or down, radio/cassette on and at what level, driving at same speed
other persons in the car talking/singing
weather : atmospheric pressure the same
temp the same
wind direction and speed the same
same siren as on fire truck
Have fun .... this is not an easy task.
