Bus and Commercial Vehicle Accident Reconstruction Course

Anybody know anything about a course titled "Bus and Commerical Vehicle
Accident Reconstruction" reportedly conducted at IPTM January 8-12, 1996
and who the instructor was?
The Registrar at IPTM indicates that there is no current course by this name
scheduled for between now and December 1999. However, this could have
been some previous specialty course but she just does not really know.
If, by chance, this is not an IPTM course, could NUTI, TEEX or some other
allied organization be teaching it?
Appreciate any information, especially a published course outline.
Thanks.
