Ken: The 33.2% gradient is extremely high and requires a Coefficient Of Friction of 0.332 (i.e., the required COF = Tangent of the Angle = Gradient) just for an individual to stand motionless on the driveway. The accepted standard in the industry for any "slip resistant" walk surface requires a COF of 0.5, wet or dry. Therefore, in order for that driveway to be considered slip resistant, it would have to have a COF of, at least, 0.83 (sum of 0.33 and 0.5). That will probably require a special treatment of the driveway surface to ensure that the COF will always remain above 0.83 regardless of weather, wear, and debris conditions.
