Dick,

Several Universities have course specific training that compresses a nearly equivalent amount of course hours in a two week course, as one would get over a semester class. (Not including off-time spent in homework, etc.) University of North Florida (IPTM), Texas A M, and Northwestern University (Traffic Institute), Colorado School of Mines, etc. As in any course I have ever taken, how good they are will depend on the instructors. You will get something out of every course, you will get much more out of some. My advice would be to find a course that interests you and then find out whom the instructors are. Then ask around about them. You are guaranteed to get the most from your budget this way.
