Need help on wet road fiction coefficient

I am investigating an accident during a rainy day and I have difficulties looking for the friccion coefficient between asphalt pavement and tyre. I was told it is about 0.4. I want someone could ensure this. I am waiting your answers. sorry, my english is not very good.
