I have a case involving occupants that were thrown around inside a vehicle in which a severe facial injury resulted to a rear seat occupant who was not seatbelted. The question is wheather or not she would have been injured if she had been wearing a seatbelt. But her motion within the vehicle during the impact would be needed to make that judgement. I understand HVE 3D will analyze such a situation and need to find consultants with that program.
