Information on the LARM2 program can be found on the SAE website at www.sae.org/PRODSERV/etlarm.htm. I believe LARM is the acronym for "Linear And Rotational Momentum," but I'm not positive on that. It sells for $489 and, I believe, SAE offers courses for LARM. Their courses usually cost about $1000 per course.
