Take a look at Roll Over Speed - minimum - after hitting a curb on Page 57 of the International Guide Book for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (which you bought two weeks ago). If the speed is sufficient and the c/m high enough a vehicle will roll when striking a curb sideways. Get your track width and c/m information and enter it into the formula and see what yopu get. At 20 MPH and a track width of 60 inches I get the vehicle tripping over the curb if its c/m is higher than 27.1 inches. That formula can be manipulated.
