First of all I would like to express my appreciation for the fine job that
you have done and are doing.
As a cop we know that justice is not all that common and in this case not
even in existance.
I am suprised that someone from the state department didn't contact you and
tell you that it would be good diplomatic relations to change your name.
It is wonderful to think that a guy in the southeast part of the country
can assist someone in the pacific northwest.
