Ped/Bicycle replacement file

After some questions were raised and inquiries made to several notable
persons in the field I have added a Warning to a ped/bicycle file that is
part of the ACCA ped/bike software program released last January. For any
persons utilizing TARO who may have this program the particular replacement file
may be downloaded from my site at :
