Yes, and it's complicated. You have energy being "consumed" by the earth, in providing a moment to rotate the car, by the trip/roll phase, by the guardrail impact, and by slipping along the roadway. There is no simple way to do it. Only careful data collection of the scene and vehicle and a time-consuming dynamics analysis of the energy distribution (some likely to require the calculus).

Any attempt short of that has a potential to return on you like a bad penny.
