An unrestrained adult of average hgt. will impact the WS and create a small spiderweb crack pattern w/o bulging of the glass. Typically this does not create injury except possible minor laceration, bruising and/or headache. It is very difficult for a restrained driver to make contact with the WS except in severe crashes. If you still have the vehicle look for clothing imprints and color transfers on the IP, door panels and steering wheel rim. Use a magnifying glass. Also using finger print kit (powder) may help find occupant contact sites. Your details are too sketchy to provide more. If this is a law enforcement criminal case I will be glad to assist you further. (352) 323-4950
