I have been in Law Enforcement for over 14 years with much of that time spent on taffic accident investigation. I have been sent to a varitey of schools including reconstruction. I have also testified as a court expert on a variety of collisions. I am very interested in taking the next step into the civil arena and have considered even leaving law enforcement in the San Francisco bay area where I am to pursue my goal.....but I don't know what my next step should be. Can anyone help me out with some advice?
